"Dangerous Medicine"- A Brief On The Problems Associated With Generalized Testing In Diagnosis

In my case:   by Don Robbins- (Dr. House)
*A brief on the problems associated with diagnosis under generalizef testing procedures.

The initial diagnosis - from generic (generalized) testing resulted in missed diagnosis. The response was to order the same generalized tests and compare the outcomes on points  that related to the area of the diagnosis or validated suspicion.
Making a determination from the same tests, by comparing results, was the method of seeking answers to the question of what caused the symptoms in the first place.
When there were no specific evidential points to validate a reason for a symptom, there was no particular symptoms to suggest a cause of suffering. And treatment became a guess with respect to a proper diagnosis of the patient.
In my case that meant that heart disease and up the point of  heart failure was never diagnosed.
I was very fortunate that permanent damage to the heart muscles did not occur. At the point of collapse, internally, of the veins in my heart- that caused a sensation like suffocation and extreme weakness- I was further misdiagnosed with a reaction to something and given a analgesic medication. Consequently, the lack of oxygen to my system from the blockage of the veins in my heart, weakened my heart and caused a depletion in oxygen levels internally within my heart muscles. But did not cause complete heart failure or arrest, at that time.
There still, was no diagnosis of heart disease or heart failure from examination or testing.
Eventually my heart failed. Upon hearing from the doctor in the emergency room that I was suffering from a heart attack, I was in disbelief.
I had never been told I had anything wrong with my heart. I was never diagnosed with any ailments.
The question is: If generalized testing results in misdiagnosis, is the policy of generic testing under the Affordable Health care Act, constitutional?
I believe that it is not. I believe that diagnosis without criteria is unethical. Care without proper diagnosis because of systematic/generalized testing is dangerous medicine.

Critique On "Endeavour" Review by Don Robbins -Links to View the Show!. See More...

"Endeavour"

Like "Vera" the PBS- BBC production of "Endeavour" became my favorite show to watch. I put it at even with "The Blacklist" and "Orphan Black." And like Vera you can watch the first two seasons free on PRIME. The third season is in production, as far as I can tell. It will probably be for charges, though. The way that super hit shows go, it's like 2.99 an episode. Endeavour would be well worth that! If I had a choice between Endeavour and Sherlock Holmes I would probably pick Endeavour.

Masterpiece Mystery: Endeavour This is the Pilot episode.

Season 1&2 of "Endeavour"
Masterpiece: Endeavour, Season One   View/Add Episodes: 1.Girl- 2.Fugue- 3.Rocket- 4.Home

Endeavour Season 2  View/Add Episodes:  1.Trove- 2.Nocturne- 3.Sway- 4.Neverland

The pilot is a introduction to the character : Shaun Evans plays Inspector Morse who is a graduate of an Ivy Leauge school. His role as a learning inspector under the tutelage of a inspiring seasoned detective in Inspector  Fred Thursday (played by Roger Allum) is a brilliant work in acting. The overall series is superb.

I highly reccomend this show to fans of detective mysteries. This is the show that has no equal. *Except for maybe "Sherlock."

" How did that brand of hate wind up in the persecution of Penn State? " From Article Suits For Sadusky

Suits_from_Sandusky Fromm Article -dsee below._____
January settlement between the NCAA and a Pennsylvania state legislator restored 111 of former head football coach Joe Paterno's wins and replaced the consent decree that defined penalties against the university. But for key participants, the fights continue. And when they may end is unclear.
Graham B. Spanier filed a defamation complaint Wednesday

  • Subpoenas for documents are out in some of the cases. Those can precede a settlement, said, Matt Haverstick, who represented state Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman (R., Centre) in his successful action against the NCAA.

To attack a persons character by false statement. By slander. By defaming rhetoric. By mockery. By actions based on gossip. By suggestions continually hinting at accusations that are unfounded.

How many times? 100? 200? 300-400-450-500? Is it jealousy that breeds contempt? Why is there no laws against attacks by the State or Federal government representatives that are intended to destroy a person socially, financially. To bring trouble to a person for no good reason. To try and instigate reaction from lies. Hate. Hate, I think is what motivates. But why? Where does hate like that find its way into the offices of those who are supposed to uphold the laws and defend people from powers that can bring harm to a person or persons with malice.
How difficult is it to prove malice in an investigation. Why are we now guilty if the government agents say we are, regardless of facts or truth? Article Penn State Trials
I know how it feels to be labeled. As a king pin in drug trafficking, three times. As a juvenile delinquent. As a trouble maker. As a thief. As a criminal. As a racist. As a enemy of a drug cartel, with intellegence operatives manipulating circumstances to cause an outcome of my death; after they tortured me. Labeled by the police and Federal authorities; labeled by the D.A. in the city I grew up in. I don't even think the D.A. that tried to falsely accuse me of killing Jim Jones was from my city. Accused me and searched my house to defame me. To appease the fanatics that accused me of attacking them when it was they, as a whole community that continually harassed and offended and assaulted me.
In this place. All you have to do is know the wrong person. Or be called a name by the upper class and it's forever and a year that they continually hate and accuse and defame and ridicule and slander, with the police. With the authorities. With the FBI. With the CIA? With the Israeli intelligence agents? With the British agents hunting the imaginary racists and killing and raping and torturing and poisoning and ordering attacks of all kinds and physical assaults. Ever been there?  "Don't hate them, pray for them."  That's what they tell us. While they steal your whole life. Steal your identity. Ruin your business. Steal and covet your work. As if they have the right to judge in the government or from their ranks in other governments who employ terrorists and gangs and criminals to do their dirty work. Fiends, above the laws. While we are suspect.
Nothing has ever been investigated in any department when it came to agents terrorizing me. Stealing from me. Exploiting me. None of their hate is ever called discrimination or racism but I've never really known anything else from them as a people since I was a child. It's as though they only let me have a job so they could cost me the job. I only had a business so they could attack it and me, leaving me half dead and tortured under a bridge. Thinking I would never return to haunt them, i Guess.  I only knew a girl....
     I had a home once.....

When will the agents and agencies that were supposed to use power and authority to protect people from hate and terrorism be investigated for hate and terrorism? For corruption? For discrimination?

How did that brand of hate wind up in the persecution of Penn State? Why is there even any intention of a case against any official? When will they set Mr. Sandusky free? When will they restore the good name of Coach Paterno?

"Let me tell ya something. They are the same kind of guys who destroyed everything I had and they're still at it."

The hospital in Vinita has declared bankruptcy. Some Reasons Given- Current State of Affairs

Craig General Hospital Declares Bankrupcy

The hospital in Vinita has declared bankruptcy. Whether it will close or not isn't known at this time.
Some of the reasons are because of political changes in the system, like Obamacare. Reinbursement reductions in Medicaid and Medicare would be one reason. A decrease in volume is probably another reason the Craig hospital and others have faced financial difficulties.
For rural residents in the state this trend of closings could mean that patients have to travel to distant cities for care.

Craig Jones is the president of Oklahoma Hospital Association, in the state of Oklahoma. He said in an interview that rural (small town) hospitals close for several reasons. He was elected to the position of president. The board member from Vinita is Joe Gunn.

*(Also elected to the board were).... Excerpt from article in Tulsa World Newspaper.Article -Website Tulsa World -Subscribe/Study

There are also other citizens in the district that would be better served to have hospital facilities in the town. Where emergency services are located could be a life and death issue for some patients. Inmates could receive more convienent medical care if an emergency clinic was established to handle crisis patients. Without a supporting hospital in the vicinity it may be necessary to close the State Department of Corrections facility and move it to a better suited location. This would not serve well to the employees or the State system. That's my opinion.

(ESH was designated as the treatment center for all inmates of the Department of Corrections requiring mental health services, and the hospital also handles all Oklahoma court-ordered observation-evaluation.
In 2006 a new facility was opened to replace the original buildings.
Since 2003, Oklahoma Department of Corrections facility has occupied part of state hospital’s land.) From article. http://www.abandonedok.com/eastern-state-hospital/
