Sandusky Double- Was There Video Tape Evidence? Paterno Notebook Entry 2001- Kelly AG-

   Steinbrenner and the Sandusky double were in front of Sandusky's house. It was on the news. I saw the report.
    No one said that the double was not Sandusky. The reporters thought it was Sandusky. No one who saw the report said it wasn't Sandusky.

   McQueary saw the double.  (Not Sandusky)   And it was in 2002.  (Not in 2001.)
  He did report it to Paterno in 2002 and later, Curley and Schultz. 

  Paterno -Curley- Schultz all said McQuaeary reported to them in 2002.   (Not 2001.)

  There was a report in 2001 about a shower room incident.  Paterno made a note of it.

  There was a paper in Schultzs' office about the same 2001 incident. The 2001 incident did not involve Sandusky, in any way.

   The Sandusky double did make a video with a man who looked like a 12 year old child. And George Steinbrenner. In 1998.

   Was a video tape a part of the evidence that the Attorney Generals office said they had against Sandusky?

   Were others convinced of the guilt of Sandusky because of the impostor tape? Did they see the tape?

  Did anyone see the note about the 2001 incident that was written into Paterno's notebook?


Calhoun testimony- Proven not true.

Victim 4 Testimony- Proven not true.

  Wet hair victim story- Not true. Father gave child ride home- Not Sandusky. Child was not in the charity. Child went swimming after hours with friends, not Sandusky.

Swimming pool story -Not true. That involved a claim of Sandusky giving oral sex to a child in front of four other men and up to 15 other children. No one ever reported any act until 2011. Logistically impossible.

  High School student claims groping in the locker room.- Not true. Sandusky had aliby. The imposter appartently was the culprit.

  Phone calls from the house- The Sandusky double.

  Sandusky's adopted son. - The Sandusky double.

  Story of the basement- Unsubstantiated.

  2001 Incident (shower room) - Only one incident in 2001. Proof and information of only one incident.  Morgan building. Student Athletic Services building. 9:30 in the morning. Shower room - Sounds heard- Shower room empty. Checked by coaches and visitors. 
  Paterno responded immediately to incident and arrived to question assistant coaches and visitors. Police were called. Security was called. Matter was dropped by security and police.
  Administration did not pursue matter. No official inquiries were called for.

  Paterno made a note of the incident
  Schultz came to the Morgan building, later that morning and a paper was typed up on the incident with Paterno in the office in the Morgan building.
   That was the written information on the incident. None official.

    If no one knew the information on the paper in Schultz's office was there  -How did Kelly know? The AG.  The Attorney General.

The Security Guard That Saw Steinbrenner 1998- Ray Gricar- The Office Report-Morgan Building P.S.U.

  The security guard who saw the Sandusky impostor and George Steinbrenner in the shower room with a man who resembled a child in 1998, with George  Steinbrenner and his chauffeur, making a video. The shower room was in  the Morgan building.

  Who was that security guard? Did he come up missing with Ray Gricar? That is the question.

  
   Men were in this office in the Morgan building the night that Calhoun said he saw Sandusky in the Smeal building. At the time no one saw anyone in the Smeal building. No one saw Calhoun during that time. 
  The head janitor said that the office in the Morgan building was locked. Calhoun had the keys to the door.

  Did the men break into the office in order to cover the report that was written by the security guard  about Steinbrenner and the importer that looked like a Sandusky double?

2001 Information Called 2002 Evidence - I Believe Attorney General Knew And Falsified Evidence To Convict

  I believe that the Attorney Generals office used the information from the 2001 incident to claim the McQueary -Sandusky incident actually happened in 2001 and not 2002. 

  The Attorney General made the alteration in dates. That's the same as saying that the AG's office believed they  had evidence to prove that Mcqueary was wrong about the dates. 
  Either they used information by mistake or they knew the 2001 information was about another incident. I believe they falsified the information and said it was about Sandusky, when they knew it wasn't.

   But I still say that they had a video tape from the 1998 incident where the impostor was making the video in the shower room in the Morgan building.

  I believe the janitors saw the impostor in the Lasch building in 2000. 

  I know that there was only one record of  a shower room  being reported in 2001. I know what the incident was and where it happened. (In the Morgan building) At 9:30 in the morning. 
  I was there. There is no other information about a shower room incident in 2001.

   The information that was used to claim the incident happened in 2001, and not 2002, was known by the Attorney Generals office.

   It was possible to check the source of the information and determine that it had nothing to do with Sandusky. I believe the Attorney Generals office knew it didn't. 

 

What The Attorney Generals Office Covered Up In The Penn State Investigation

Boy known as Victim 4, at the age of 12 or 13, meets Sandusky while he is in his second year participating in The Second Mile program.

Victim 5 is taken to the locker rooms and showers at Penn State by Sandusky when he is 8 to 10 years old.

Victim 4 is listed, along with Sandusky's wife, as a member of Sandusky's family party for the 1998 Outback Bowl.

   If victim 4 did not tell the truth about Sandusky at the bowl game. Then why did he tell the truth about another event.

  Building on the University Park campus on a Friday night in March 2002. In this testimony, Mike McQueary got the month and year wrong. On May 7, 2012, the AG's office corrected the date of the incident to February 2001, estimating it occurred on or about February 9.^[

2000 - Janitor testified to seeing incident in shower room in 2000. In Lasch building. With 13 year old boy. * Same Janitor does not testify about the 1998 incident in the Student Services building (Morgan Building) Why?

I think it was. I think the janitor told the AG it was. And the Ag's office covered it up.

  If it was- the janitor did not see Sandusky in the Lasch building in 2000. He saw the impostor.

About Liberal Forms Of Discrimination- "Truth For The Day!"

   First of all you need to understand just exactly what discrimination is and not be hypocritical about it. As a liberal would be and always is.
   Politically correct discrimination has always been the definition to what forms of discrimination are acceptable in the liberal mind. And in the  politic Li-beral'. (French accent.)

     Rethinking the definition would be in order, since the liberals have completely distorted the issue; into a mush of politicized opinionated rhetoric. (As usual.)

    Mahers idea of what discrimination is, is to run everybody down, without respect to individual identity or freedoms, (just put everybody in the same boat) so to speak, and then blame the Rednecks.
Liberals always blame other people for what they are guilty of. In the case of their discrimination towards other people, it usually happens as soon as they say anything about anybody.

  Anyway, discrimination is a pre- conceived attitude and negative thought about a person based on a typecast that is usually opinionated from a tainted conception about the subject matter. 

   Hate is the foundation of discrimination.

   Love is the foundation of peace.

   The evidence they said they had. That convinced them to press charges and accuse Penn State officials of a cover up. 
    Got it?

  I want you to understand that the prosecutors never presented any evidence. They just kept saying over and over that they had this evidence that would prove them guilty. But no one has ever heard of or seen the evidence.

          Now, just before the prosecutors pressed charges against Sandusky and accused the officials of covering up for him, they came out with claims that they had evidence that would surely prove that they were all guilty. That the actual date of the incident that was reported by Mike McQueary was 2001 and not 2002 as McQueary first stated to the state prosecutors.  (Linda Kelly.)

         Later; McQueary was convinced by the prosecution that he was mistaken about the date of the incident. And he agreed with them that the date was actually 2001, like they believed.

        What was it? What was it that made the investigators and prosecutors  so sure they were guilty? Why wasn't the evidence ever checked? What was it that they had on them? What could it be?

     I say it was a video tape. A secret video tape. 

   If there was a video tape that they believed was a recording of Sandusky raping a child in a shower room, where did it come from? 
   Was there any other information that related to the 2001 incident?
