Point By Point- Dates- Incidents- Sandusky Not Guilty- Probably Framed- Corruption Possible In Prosecution

  1998- Calhoun (Smeal building siting) Nothing

  1998 Shower Room (Student Athlete Services building) Not Sandusky-  *Sandusky look alike with little man and George Steinbrenner and chauffer making a video mocking a sexual assault.
   Sandusky was not present. Calhoun apparently told it was Sandusky.
   Office broken into later that week where report probably was filed. (In the Student Athletic Services building)
    Security guard- myself and Calhoun witnessed the video taping in the shower room.
   
    *Ray Gricar- It was my theory that the security guard came up missing and Gricar traced the disappearance back to the shower room incident in 1998. And then Gricar came up missing.

     2000- Lasch building shower room siting by Petrosky and Calhoun. Same man that Calhoun saw in the shower room in 1998. (Not Sandusky.)

     2001- Shower room incident in the Student Athletic Services building. No person present in the shower room. Sounds only. Most likely sounds from fake tape made in 1998. Some of the same people saw me and played the sound effects when I entered the locker room with the people touring the campus.
     Log entry about the incident in Paterno's notebook. Handwritten.
     Other information about the incident was typed on a paper in the office in the Student Athletic Services building office down the hall from the locker room. That paper was apparently filed in his office, by Schultz, and then forgotten about.

    2001- No other incident concerning a shower room on campus.
               Nothing was reported in 2001 about Jerry Sandusky. The incident that McQueary reported was actually in 2002. The Prosecutors were wrong. Whatever evidence they had about the 2001 incident was in the Student Athletic Services building at 9:00 in the morning. That evidence has not been made public. There may have also been a video tape that people thought Sandusky was in , but wasn't.

   2002- Nothing. Mcqueary saw a man who looked like Sandusky with the little man. Little man had light brown wavy hair, gray blue eyes, was about 4'7 feet tall. Weight about 100 pounds.

    It looks like there was an attempted frame up on Jerry Sandusky- possibly an extortion attempt that went wrong. The security guard may have  came up missing after the report was filed. And then Gricar came up missing when he put the pieces of the puzzle together.
    Did the security guard come up missing? Was Gricar investigating the disaperance of the security guard?
    
    Did the look alike convince people he was Sandusky? Did he fondle children to make people believe it was Sandusky? We know he was making a video tape in the shower room in 1998. If people saw the tape they may have assumed it was Sandusky and then thought he was guilty. Is that the reason they became so motivated and sure he was guilty?

     I believe that is what happened. I believe that Sandusky is innocent.

      DID GRICAR SEE THE TAPE? DID BALDWIN? DID FREEH SEE THE TAPE? DID KELLY?

2001 Evidence- Incident Made Up By Attorney Generals Office- Sandusky Innocent.

  There was evidence about an incident in 2001 but it wasn't about Sandusky. And, it wasn't in the Lasch Football Building. 
  The prosecution knew it.
  The incident was a real incident.  (I was a witness.)
It was used to try and convict Penn State.
 Jerry Sandusky was just the fall guy.



There was no incident between Sandusky and McQueary in 2001. 

McQueary couldn't have reported the incident about Sandusky in 2001 because it didn't have anything to do with Sandusky.
The truth about the 2001 incident has never been told, yet.

 No one remembered it. But I did, because I was there.

The investigators claimed that the incident was about Sandusky, but it wasn't. They mentioned the incident and the date-2001- in trail, when the prosecution claimed that McQueary told them he heard the sounds of someone being raped before he went into the shower room and saw Sandusky. McQueary said that he never told them he heard anything like that. Charges were never proven against Sandusky concerning the incident in 2001. Sandusky was never convicted of those charges. The witness that claimed Sandusky raped him in the shower room in 2001 was not charged with giving false testimony. Even though he lied and the court knew it. Other claims against Sandusky were made by individuals and most of the claims were completely absurd. He was convicted on hearsay, even after the false testimony. And even after the matter from 2001 was dropped.

It was possible to find out that the incident from 2001 had nothing to do with Sandusky but the judge let the falsified evidence into the initial investigation.

WHERE THE INFORMATION CAME FROM AND 

UNDERSTAND THAT IT DID NOT APPLY TO SANDUSKY.

The question is: Whether or not Kelly knew the 2001 

information was falsified before she pressed charges against 

Sandusky, and accused Penn State of the cover up?

Truth For The Day! And About Halloween Spirits And Satan's Deceit "Angels"

   Halloween is fun , but in these days and times you have to be very careful not to become a tempted pawn of Satan. Don't fall into his recruitment process unaware of what is happening to you. His manipulations and powers of persuasion are great. There is also psychology and even drug induced mind control techniques to watch out for. The truth is for you to understand the facts and make the right decisions for yourself in this life. Helping others comes along with your own salvation.

    Hatred and terrorism is not the way of God. Vengeance is his and on the day of his wrath he will hand out justice in fair proportions. Do not act in violence. Be forgiving of those who are used by the devil to seek out destruction of the righteous and who are programmed to support evil. 

  There is a difference in wickedness in knowledge of the darkness and forces of evil and those who are just ignorant and worldly in their actions.

   Make believe spooks and superstitions are fun, and sometimes funny, but there are real demons and real evil spirits. Be careful when you are in the presence of things you don't understand that can take on innocent appearances. Like at costume parties. What you read and even watch on TV can be disguised in ways that are invented to influence your mind. The devil attacks through the mentality, first. And uses the corruption of the senses to affect you spiritually. 

   The struggle is in principality. Keep your guard up! Pray before you watch that spooky movie. Pray for spiritual guidance and protection from the deceit of Satan and his disciples. Keep the spirit strong in the grace and love of Jesus. His spirit is righteous. Be righteous and just. The righteous will be passed over in the day of the wrath of God. And saved out of the great tribulation of the days to come.

Poem- The Day Before November- In Paragraph.

"The Day Before November" The wind turned cold, I had to be bold Tomorrow would become November, So I buttoned my coat and went out for a stroll, On a day I'll always remember, Just down the lane, There stood a man with a cane Looked as old as the weather, He was waving at me and saying; could be, You'll not see me again in December. I searched this way and that, And along came a cat As black as the night of the hell bender, Then I got outta there and walked up the stairs Behind the old playing field by the park, It was getting pretty dark, by then, The moon was full as the clouds hung low like smoke bellowing out of the nostrils of a dragon. Theory- Gricar Discovered the link between the security guard and the Steinbrenner report.

     Calhoun was not in the Smeal building at all, during the time he said he saw Sandusky.
In 1998.

     No one working in the Smeal building, or the teacher and I, saw anyone or heard anything during that time. No one saw Calhoun during that time.

     Calhoun said he called security and walked over to the main security guard office. The security guard was coming from the security  office and said he did not see Calhoun on his way over.

     Petrosky, that evening, said he did not see anything or anybody in the building fitting the description that Calhoun gave. Petrosky, 12 years  later, said that he had seen Sandusky.

     Calhoun did see a man who he thought was Sandusky with another man he believed to be a child, but wasn't, in 1998. About the same time he claimed to have seen a man in the Smeal building.
      That was in the shower room in the Student Athlete Services building.

     Now....

     In 2000, Calhoun and Petrosky saw the same man in the Lasch building shower room,  that Calhoun had seen  in the  (Student Athlete Services building) in 1998.
     And that man was not Jerry Sandusky. 

     The story about seeing Sandusky in the Smeal building in 1998 was apparently made up.

     The truth about the shower room incident in the Student Athlete  Services building in 1998, was that it was never reported. Or mentioned by the investigators or prosecution.

     I believe that the security guard wrote a report on the incident. I believe that he mentioned George Steinbrenner in the report. I believe that the report was filed in the office down the hallway from the locker/shower room in the Student Athletic Services building.

   I believe that, later, the office was broken into and the report was taken. That was the night that Calhoun said he saw Sandusky in the Smeal building.
   The teacher and I saw the men in the office.(Before we walked back to the Smeal building,)

    If the security guard came up missing..... And the report came up missing..... And Calhoun was afraid and told to make up a story but not say anything about Steinbrenner..... And Gricar found out the connection between the security guard and the report on Steinbrenner.....

     My conclusion is that, if the security guard came up missing or killed, and Ray Gricar knew something, that's the reason he came up missing too.
    It was just years later that he discovered the link between the security guard and the Steinbrenner report.

   The question is did the security guard come up missing?
