Massive Data Breach Or HUB Breakdown? Article Link.
Let's imaginre that there is reason for the massive data breach but investigators and authorities, in charge, want to cover up the actual reason for the data breach. And the actual reason would be a failure of the central HUB servers that need to be replaced. (As they are over twenty years old and have never been maintenanced.)
The reason that the servers have never been cared for is because no one knew where the servers were at. The men who placed the servers online as a HUB were killed. The men who killed them were also killed at the time they killed those men. There was no one else aware of the location of the servers. There were 900 million dollars worth of servers that were purchased in the project. The scientists who built the system, did so, for the government, (under contract).
The information subject: Let's say the data was stolen. That is known. But how was the information stolen? How did the criminals get the data? The authorities say it was HACKED; but was it?
There was a way to FISH information from the data stream in the past before the HUB servers went online in 1994.
In the circumstance of a breakdown of those servers, causing data to float around the internet in a unsecured stream, the data could be FISHED out of the stream. Not HACKED. But FISHED.
Yes, it would be illegal to have the data and use it but that's the minor issue. If the data is unprotected because of a breakdown of the implanted HUB server system, then there is a problem that needs to be resolved with the whole system. The internet could be completely unsecure.
And, there are people out there who want it that way. Like the guys who killed the scientists who put the servers online in the first place.
Intelligence agents who were working for the U.S. Government killed the scientists.
The government never paid for the servers after the contract obligations were fulfilled by the scientists who placed the servers online.
Make a note**** The promise by the U.S. Government that the HUB system was in place and secured data from the providers, before 1993, was not true. There was no system to secure data on the NET before that time. The HUB was supposed to be a major factor in DATA protection, but in fact, there was no HUB. That's the reason the scientsist who were killed, contracted with the government to place the servers to act as a HUB in the first place.
(They were killed by Government agents after the HUB went online.)
The HUB project was apparently constructed through Southwestern Bell and ATT.
At the first site, where they started the project and made the discovery that there was no HUB security on the internet, that was where they were killed. The two scientists, two government agents, and one other man died there, that day.
The place was a roadside motel somehwhere in New Mexico I think. (I don't remember the location.)
The single rooms were small structures that sort of looked like little square houses. Each room had a washer outside, in back. The room where they died had a non working refridgerator and a table that looked like a work bench. On the work bench was a pipe with a cut off on the end. Gas or water, I don't recall.
After the two scientsts were killed and one agent inside of the room, the other agent went outside. Whether he was waiting for me I don't know. I pulled up in back of the little squre house and was going inside to finish cleaning up the shelves and wires that were left from the old servers. I got out of the car and walked around to the passenger side next to the room and the agent fired at me. The bullet hit near my feet. At the same time, my friend and the man who looked after the online business, (not the servers) slammed the agent in the head with the pipe, causing him to miss me. The agent was falling down from the blow to his head and managed to get a shot off, hitting my friend and business partner in the chest. The weapon used had a sliencer on it. The shot sounded like a quiet high pitch screech with a hollow thud.
I held him while he layed there and died. I'm so sorry..... I never knew why he came to the Motel that day.
The HUB system has to be replaced before all of the data on the internet becomes unsecured.

Constitutional?
The question isn't about standing argument. The question is whether or not the exchanges are based on laws that are constitutional, in the first place.
Whatever legislation the government representatives pass through congress - that legislation isn't necessarily constitutional just because a law is voted on and the President signs it into law. Laws can be passed without being constitutional.
Yes, Obamacare laws are unjust, immoral, unethical, and harmful. This is true, but are they Constitutional? That is the real question. The answer is no.
Is the elimination of equal care under the law, replaced by government decisions on medical treatment for patients, constitutional? That is the question. The answer is no.
Are exchanges that are set up that support unconstitutional laws, constitutional? The answer is no.
The support of equal care under the law would be constitutional. The Supreme Court needs to write a law to make equal care and a standard of care with respect to patient care criteria, the law. After equal care becomes the law once again, then the exchanges can be thought of as a support of the constitutionality of equality in patent care. The exchanges can be thought of as a support for the constitutionality of the law. At that point the exchanges can be used to subsidize the policies, constitutionally.
